His love of cooking began with lessons from his late grandmother, whose influence continues to shape his approach in the kitchen.
Through High Heat Catering, he combines traditional Caribbean flavours with North American soul food flair. From smoky jerk chicken to slow-braised favourites and comforting cheesy mac, the goal is food that brings people together.
